"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is horrible. I ordered my daughter a stock 16 pleat skirt on 1.24.2020. On 1.31.2020 I was told it was shipped. It is now 2.19.2020 and I have yet to receive it. Spoke to someone today that told me it was having to me made for me. Mind you this is just a basic skirt, no special sizing or anything. She proceeded to tell me that it could take 2.3 weeks to complete and be shipped. I reminded her that I ordered it on January 24, it had been 3 weeks almost 4. She then places me on hold to look into the matter. When she comes back, she claims that their warehouse is in China and because you know all that's going on, shipments are being delayed. Are you kidding me!!! I ordered a basic stock skirt, in a basic size. Never was told the skirt was out of stock or on back order. I would have not ordered it or cancelled had I known. Do not use this company, our cheer team has had so much trouble with them."
