"Had a fun time with plenty of seating despite it being very busy (of course it was a Friday). Wish they had more things to do than just bowl it seemed. But for what it is, decent price and atmosphere."

"Before I start, I’m never one to leave a review. To be honest actually this is my first ever review so bear with me. Tonight was our group’s first time at the facility. The lanes were amazing! Absolutely a beautiful, up to date, and clean facility. However, the staff member with reddish hair behind the main counter really set everything back. She had a very bad attitude towards my friends and I from the moment we got there until we left. We thought we made a reservation online, however we were told that we must have not finished a few steps because we did not get an email prior to our arrival. Despite seeing very few bowlers at the facility, we received her bad attitude through the rest of the process. She was incredibly and visibly annoyed when we asked to split the bill for time between the 5 of us. Afterwards again, there were maybe 5 groups of people there. She decided to sit us right next to a group that were sitting in our lane which, made it uncomfortable until they left. Just the tone and body language she gave showed that she does not enjoy trying to be people friendly to customers coming in late on a Sunday. Also Our time was to expire at 9:45 (15 min before they closed). We had 2 minutes left to get the 5 of us through the 10th frame, so we asked the same women for a few minutes extra so that everyone could finish up their games. and were told, “nope unfortunately not”, again with attitude. While I can understand not getting the few courtesy minutes if there was something that automatically shuts everything down, any time I have had that happen at other places, it was never a problem (we literally only had 2 people in our party unable to finish, so it isn’t like it would’ve been more than a few minutes). Overall, it just felt like the person behind the counter saw us as an inconvenience and wanted to make sure we knew it. It is very unfortunate because the facility is honestly one of the best we have been to around here however, one staff member having a bad night ruined our first experience there. We will not be returning Clutch Lanes. I am giving our experience 2 stars because the bartender was very pleased to accommodate us, always had a smile on her face while serving us, and the food was great!"

"Great bowling alley. I could easily make this my normal alley, if you go here for casual bowling family fun, please follow the rules of the center. They had a hard time keeping people with regular shoes out of the bowling area. This place is still affordable, please don't ruin it by destroying it and then in turn they will need to increase prices for the repairs. Thank you to the owners."

"Nice bowling alley clean and spacious. Great place for kids birthday parties, great family fun time play league games lots of big screens. Computerized scoring nice lanes, well stocked bar even a pool table"
