"First visit today. Friendly staff and the owner is helpful and gives you suggestions as to what might work best for you based on your dietary needs. The dry rub wings were delicious and I purchased a carton of the chocolate donut holes. Being gluten-free, dairy, free, and refined, sugar-free, I have not in a long time had a pastry I enjoyed as I did these. They were absolutely delicious."

"Checked out PangeaKeto to try their baked goods today. I am on a low carb diet and wanted to see what I can get as a cake/pastry for my upcoming birthday. 1st let me say, the owner was in there and came up to ask if I had ever been which I hadn’t and helped me choose a couple things but he was so kind, friendly and congratulated me when I talked about my weight loss journey. There are so many “healthy food” places that aren’t created from some one who went through the process themselves, so the fact that the owner lost weight from changing his diet and crafted this amazing store for others, is a true healthy food restaurant/ store and an owner who cares about his customers and helping others! Second, I got the chocolate donut holes, a combo pack of cupcakes and a peanut butter brownie. Everything is so delicious! I tried a donut hole in my car on the way home and 1st bite reminds me of little Debbie chocolate donuts! I’m familiar with all the ingredients used but if you are not and just starting your journey, the ingredients will taste different than an actual donut but if you are on a diet and want something sweet, they definitely are worth the try! I will absolutely be returning here for my next sweet tooth fix and eventually be back for hot food from the bistro! Highly recommended place! I think it’s safe to say- thank you, from everyone who cares about the ingredients in their food, for this amazing place!"

"We just had an amazing meal and will be going back for sure! This was our first visit, and we were super impressed with how well the food was prepared and tasted. Jeff was also a great wealth of knowledge and assisted us with the menu and picking out some freezer items to take home. We ordered to fit our dietary needs, and our burgers were amazing. "My wife and I stopped in tonight for some takeout and we were quit impressed. I got the mother clucker chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce and a side of coleslaw and my wife got the rice bowl. I have added 2 pictures for detail. Food presentation was amazing, freshness top-notch, and flavorful. The keto friendly bread was better than expected! Very soft and fresh with great taste. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and informative as we looked around the store as well. Highly recommended and we will be back!"
