"I placed an order through our school spirit pack program. The item I received was incredibly small and wouldn't fit me or a member of my family. I contacted Welch trophy for assistance in any way and was told there is nothing they can do. They did not care that I was un satisfied. They were unwilling to help me in anyway, and wouldn't even do another shirt for me to have in time for our parents night. I would not recommend to anyone and will never do business with again. Very poor customer service."
