"Fantastic service! Had some AE flex jeans that I had ordered that weren't a slim enough fit (due to me not paying full attention when ordering) and they sat in my closet. Never wore them, and instead of tring to buy new, I thought why not see if I can have them altered. She had 3 pair of jeans and a pair of work pants altered in a matter of days. Couldn't be happier and the fit was spot on. Price was very, very reasonable too. The whole process, from initial contact to pick up and payment was super-easy and seamless (Ha - pun intended!)"

"There is no one I trust more to do my alterations! She has done suits for my husband, a Christmas gown for my daughter and a formal gown for myself. Every time everything was absolutely perfect! I made the mistake of of taking my last gown to someone else and she had messed it up so bad I was sick to my stomach! I called Lori and she was my saving grace! She fixed the hem, added fabric behind a sheer section on the top and added a rhinestone belt! Once she was done, I was excited again for the Gala and I has so many compliments on my dress! Never again will I trust someone else to do my alterations!"

"Wonderful experience! She was not only friendly and talkative, she worked with my extremely tight time frame of 2 days for suit alterations. Do not let the idea that this shop is in her home deter you. It is set up that you never feel uncomfortable or unsafe. You follow the signs into a clean and welcoming area, then you walk down the stairs to a basement that is set up just like a bridal shop. They have private changing rooms and everything else you would expect. Will be going back for other alterations as I buy new clothes. Would recommend."

"I needed to get a bridesmaids dress altered and didnt have much time to do it. Even with such short notice Lori said she would alter my dress for me. She was super friendly and nice. My dress fit perfect and was beautiful! Not only was it fast and friendly service but she was reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
