"We LOVE taking our kids on the North Pole Express every holiday season. It’s very well put together. My children love receiving balloon animals from the elves and chatting with Santa. The kids enjoyed having their tickets punches by the conductor as well!"
"It was a wonderful experience! Both of my little ones loved every part. Santa gave them a visit, elves went up and down the aisles entertaining and bringing small gifts. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Coach seats faced each other (positive note) but was lacking legroom. This was not a problem for two adults and two small children. Will definitely be going again next year."
"Cute experience especially for the younger ones. I attended the Polar Express event they had with vendors on the streets in the area. Train ride was about 75 minutes and included a Santa siting, an elf making balloon animals, and cookies at the end. Get there early to get some hot chocolate and parking. The busiest weekend is apparently the first weekend in December when the carriage parade is going on. Plan accordingly!"
"My husband and I went on a scenic trip today on the apple festival train, and the decorations on the train were so cute! It was all decked out in hay bails and fall leaves which added to the fun fall atmosphere. It was a very great time and pretty comfortable for a nearly 100 year old train. The passenger conductor on our car was so sweet and talked to every single passenger while also certainly maintaining order and safety and I absolutely loved her. The only negative I would say would be often the scenery was a little lack luster, but I’m assuming all of the industrial buildings along the rail came up well after the train tracks were built! I think a lot of the charm is about being on the train in general and not so much what all you’re going to see. It’s southwest Ohio so meter your expectations lol. We had a wonderful day, and I highly recommend trying this as the prices are not at ALL offensive and it is truly a fun time for all ages!"
"The employees were amazing and did such a great wonderful job on the super hero adventure. Highly disappointed about paying for air conditioning train which was broken down and they only offered beverages which was a warm water. They did not off to refund the extra for air conditioning which was about 25 for 3 tickets. The fans inside either did not work or they didn't turn them on. The ride was ok but not very scenic just some fields and buildings. My son enjoyed himself and the workers doing such an amazing job"
