Reviews
"This will be a rather double-edged review, because of a few things! To start, this location is my FAVORITE! It’s absolutely LOADED with good stuff all the time. I usually go a cpl days a week after work and I’ve never had an unfriendly cashier. My rating of 5 stars is specifically directed towards this location because of the excellent employees and variety of items. They deserve so much better than they get. That said… The CEO of Goodwill is a greedy grifter and is responsible for the ridiculous price increases and less than stellar working conditions. There’s zero reason for near-retail pricing and unethical pressure on the employees to switch tag colors. So many things wrong with the corporation. No shade whatsoever to the overworked and under appreciated workers."
"Very unkempt. They prices are soooo high that the merchandise is haphazardly stacked, thus making it difficult to shop. I used to make a special trip because it used to be an awesome place...NOT anymore."
"Beware if you shop later in the evening.....it seems even the employees are donated. I've gone in twice after 5 pm in the last year ( I used to enjoy going to goodwill but I find myself shopping elsewhere) and both times the employees are rude or creepy. PATRICK is the worst!!"
"Donated good clothes (wool coat, etc) on hangers today which were thrown into a bin immediately after that saw many other items thrown on top of them. The attendant was told that it would be best if they remained hanging. This will be the last of our donations to Goodwill, we've noticed this happening with prior donations."
"It took 3 people to give a refund while there was a long line. They didn't open up other register to accommodate the situation. I said, "Do you know you have a long line?' More than 10 people. We were all standing more than 12 minutes. A young guy with a beard, glasses, and a ponytail said, "We're working on it." Now I am first in line and heard him at the register tell an older gentleman manager after I said you have a long line. "Don't you like it when people complain?" I can hear him lound and clear and so can other customers. After my purchase, I stood at the register and told him, "I heard what you said, It takes 3 people for a situation, and you're a manager not opening other registers. Again, I am standing right here and heard your rude comment. Have a good day."... He says very narcissisticly."You too. " Sir, if you don't like your job, it doesn't give you the audacity to speak how you did when I was standing right there. Retrain this guy since he had no customer relation skills. People are still people."
