"The problem wasn't with Kohl's. The issue is the Amazon returns area is in the far back corner of the store. The same side that the doors are locked. Needing to walk that far is a bit of a hassle. I use a cane, thankfully, considering the carts are already impossible to use for support. Not a Kohl's issue, no. But I won't be back."

"They put all the nike and valuable things away after Christmas and mark up everything to ensure you don't get the same value back. It's not a joke. Also found a jacket I liked which was obviously a return but had been tagged wrong they said. I wanted to pay what the tag said obviously but no.. Not my fault it was tagged wrong. Or did I know. But they should have honored it. Instead i had wait for a manager and then wait even longer for the manager to find the actual price she said. I even asked you charge normal prices for stuff that's been returned? Yes. She replied.... all while standing in line with my girlfriend. I felt so embarrassed. All due to them being greedy. Was still waiting when I said nevermind you keep it and walked out."

"Great location, they typically have some really good deals especially if you have kohls cash. Smells wonderful, large store so the sound is very evenly spread out with an overall quiet environment. Parking is convenient."

"Clothes on one side of the store and one set of dressing rooms at the other end of the store. This is just not smart, alot of people have trouble walking that distance. Also they are all inclusive dressing rooms, so you have to be careful not to walk in on someone changing of the other sex. DO BETTER Kohl's"
