"Went mid morning, service was awful, waited over 20 minutes for the waitress to come get our drink orders another half hour before we got our drinks. She finally took our order and we waited for another half hour to 45 minutes and still no food. There was a table that came in after us and their waitress showed up immediately and got their drink order and food order. Within ten minutes they had their food and we were still waiting. Got up and walked out I only ordered water to drink. The table behind us was there even longer and they never received their order either they got up and left. Worst service ever."

"I live nearby and I have never had a bad experience here. I have kids, and they are always so nice to them. The food is great & and affordable. It is not like "good for the price either." It's genuinely good food, and the price is a bonus."

"My husband and father in law were served cold coffee. The server then gave them fresh coffee. My meal was supposed to come with fresh bread and onion rings, but I did not get either. I was finished with my meal when that occurred to me. They were slow at the time we were there as well."

"Placed an order at 10am, order was accepted and payment taken online. Stated door dash would deliver the order at 430p. At 630p I called the store and spoke to Austin, states their store doesn’t offer delivery and sees I made the order online. I reiterated to him that they website needs fixed and I was aggravated at lack of communication form the restaurant (they clearly see it said delivery why wouldn’t they call and cancel the order instead of just letting the ticket sit there). I asked for a refund and he said “he’d have to call cooperate and explain everything and it’s such a process and will take at least a week for possible refund”. So no my husband’s traveling to get the meal to take it to the family that we were giving it to since they just got home from a 6 day stay in the hospital! We will NEVER use this restaurant again. Extremely disappointed."

"This establishment is very unprofessional. I walked in to see the hostess flirting with each other. Instead of asking me if I had placed a to go order or asking me if I needed sat, they kept play fighting. It was disgusting and ridiculous. How are you acting like this at a grown age. once I finally got sat, the server was very nice. However, after placing our order, it took about 30 minutes for us to get our food. When they were only two other tables. It sounded like the managers were in the back messing around with the employees. We heard very disgusting, crude, nasty jokes not only that, but the managers were taking smoke breaks instead of helping the servers. I felt very bad for our server as they were very stressed out. This establishment is nothing close to professional, and should be shut down."
