Reviews
"Terrible customer service. After being asked to wait in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes was told unable to help because there was too many people in the lobby. There is nobody in the lobby"
"Placed online order , came in early seen the wraps be made one had tomatoes and one was not supposed to, same for banana peppers, both got it all , when mentioned was told you can pick them off , like no remake it since u cannot read the paper printed out and they were not busy at all and people want $15 a hour for $2 a hour attitude and quality"
"Food was good. Came in 15 mins before closing and they were still kind and went the extra mile to make sure we had fresh bread."
"Stopped here after work. I havent been to a subway in 4 years. It was approximately 30-40 minutes before closing. Went to go through the drive through but there was a sign stating that the drive through was closed and to go inside and order. So I drove back around to the front of the building. I went to park as an attendant came out of the door and shouted that they wouldn't be taking any more orders due to staffing issues. Although I understand the worker shortage, the owner shouldn't be operating the store without enough staff. That makes everything harder on the current staff and isn't fair to them as they likely have to pick up more duties to cover for their nonexistent coworkers."
