"Rhonda (manager) was very rude if I asked if they had gluten free buns. She went off on the guy taking the order when he asked her how to ring up my meal without a bun since they didn't have gluten free buns"

"We ordered two meals and they told us to pull forward to wait for our chicken sandwich and had us waiting for 10 minutes. When we got home my partner got halfway through there sandwich before they found out it was raw. I would double check you chicken sandwiches!!"

"Ordered a double stack biggie bag deal. Guy at the window was ready with my food, with a suspicious grin on his face before I even finished paying. I then pulled up to him and said "man, that's service." He said "yeah." Then laughed and turned around. I didn't think anything of it. I drive home pull out my food. And I noticed my double stack is missing a few key ingredients. Specifically, burger patties. I drive back to the restaurant and ask to talk to the manager. I show her the burger with no patties and she asks the guy who handed me the food how that happened. He looks at her and says "Do you think I'd make a burger without patties?" She responds with "No." Then looks at me. She then tells me "sorry, we've had people do this before. They take off the patties then ask for another burger." Lazy lying teenager. Do not go here."

"I worked there for almost 6 years and when I asked for extra ranch for my sandwich for my Asiago sandwich on the side. I was met with resistance from a manger making sandwiches, he couldn’t scoop ranch into a cup with a spatula m.. it’s quit pathetic. And no the ranch in the cup doesn’t taste the same and this is why I have only eaten there 4 times since I works there. It took 2 months and 4 trips for y’all to make a crispy correct. Get your stuff together.. your team is trash!!"

"I order the same thing every morning 5 days a week. This morning I was highly disappointed in receiving a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant that had the biscuit chicken on it instead of the full chicken fillet! Cutting corners and charging full price! Sad!"
