"I was greeted right away as soon as I walked in the highway and came up to the counter and also liked talking with some of the employees there I shared one of my experiences at Chuck e cheese location back in the mid-80s and they thought that was cool I had never been to one before on any of my birthdays but I was glad that I took the time to go this time my food was prepared pretty quickly the seating was very comfortable the temperature of the dining room was good overall a nice experience one of my birthdays and times out dining I won't forget Very sadly though I've seen that they had taken the animatronics out and I was really disappointed over that that was one thing I was looking forward to going and seeing because I basically grew up with those as well as used to work on some at ghost town in the sky back in 1989 I think that the animatronics are a part of what made Chuck e cheese what it was when it first opened in 77 and think that nostalgia should still be kept around for many generations to enjoy"

"Our youngest two kiddos really enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be returning. Things were different due to renovations but our youngest was pleased with the change of no giant Chuck E and Friends on stage. But with that change our youngest son was missing the Giant fur friends, he's 8 now and his sister 5. The last time we visited this location our youngest daughter was turning 4. All in all it was definitely worth it to see their smiles and laughter."

"As a place set up for pre to young teens, it's okay. It appears to be fairly clean and the staff are friendly. Food is expensive for a mid quality pizza, but at this place it's about fun and games, not the food."

"Staff not very capable. Took forever to get order taken. Pizza was good. Games seemed to not last as long as they used to.. I think Chuck E's glory days are over."

"The most ghettoest non customer service place ever. First coming in the teenage boy looked so miserable and mad he didn’t greet, smile nor give directions I didn’t know what he wanted me to do. The games were messed up and cheating not giving tickets the most unrealistic games ever. All these teenage kids don’t have no customer service about themselves or respect the whole time they on live doing TikTok and Snapchat it’s like 10 of them just sitting around chillin. The bathrooms are filthy smell like urine what are you paying these kids for just to make TikTok’s all day when they can be cleaning and restocking these tickets and games and there is no locks on the bathroom stalls very concerning. Chuckee looks like he’s on drugs the skinniest ever and why take away the stage to make some cheap dance floor. The manager didn’t look like she cared they all just sitting around while she just in the back clocking her coins when you should be training these kids but what I’m trying to say is Chuckee cheese ain’t Chuckee cheese no more I will never give business ever again shut it down if y’all don’t know how to run this place very disappointing."
