"If you're a Home Depot person then you probably won't like the customer service at Lowes. Store is ok... but the employees are hard to find, and in my last hand full of experiences, they weren't trained well in the departments they're working in. I basically had to show the guy how to cut these plastic chains, and even then he had no clue. He couldn't get basic measurements correct and had no clue how to use the machine. Not his fault, just not trained well. Lol, him on the floor kind of made me giggle."
"I enjoy this Lowe's. In the region it is one of the least busy, but well stocked and staffed. The prices are standard for a Lowe's. I have always had great interactions with the staff. I am biased to Lowe's and drive by Home Depot to shop here. This is a personal preference for me."
