"We enjoy going for the buffet from time to time. But the service this evening was disappointing. Admittedly they were busy but the priority appeared to be the delivery orders while the customers eating in for the buffet waited and waited and waited. The pizza put out for the buffet was limited. Asked for pepperoni and after 45 minutes one was never served. Several groups of customers were complaining."
"The food here is great! I can't eat pizza from most places due to the use of heavily processed ingredients but not from this place, I haven't had any indigestion from there pizza yet! They are fast, friendly and delicious! This is our newest go to for pizza."

"We order here at least twice a month. A few weeks ago the pizza and bread was extremely chewy and tough. We thought it was just a bad night. We ordered again today and this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure it was made for the buffet and left out but boxed up for our order. It was so tough to chew and the cheese was hardened. I’m so upset because this was our favorite go to pizza place but I just don’t think we will be back anymore after our experience tonight."
"I have no clue why we keep trying this place but they never fail to disappoint. Our family keeps wanting to like Pizza Primo even though forgotten items and mistaken toppings is the norm. This time it was the falsely advertised photo of Oreo Pizza vs what we got which was a solid L and I am pretty sure we can all agree it is nothing like what is pictured...lol"
