"Stopped today after shopping for some hot soup. I waited 14 minutes at the drive thru for a cup of broth with 2 noodles, a carrot and a piece of chicken. So much for the CHICKEN NOODLE soup. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Only thing that was prompt was the woman who took the order."
"This location for the past 6 months has been horrible. Slow drive thru even when order in mobile 15 mins a head still have to wait 10 in drive thru to get order. Always making mistakes and getting my order wrong. For the price it's ridiculous"
"Everyone working today was so nice and friendly and the food was great. I ordered a pick 2, half, avocado chicken melt, w/ mac and cheese and my bf ordered a pick 2, chipotle chicken bacon flatbread pizza, w/ broccoli and cheddar soup. To drink I had an iced coffee. "We stopped in to this location yesterday at 11:20 am to get lunch. There were people in line inside but the door was locked. We knocked and eventually a girl standing in line (not an employee) came to the door and said that “they are not taking any more orders right now”? It was 11:20am!? And why couldn’t an employee come out and explain to the four of us why others were in line inside? Poor business practice, and weird! Put a sign on the door if there is an unexpected problem."
"Used my free sip club to get a beverage. The restrooms were the cleanest I've seen anywhere!! They have a nice drive through- did I say they have a drive thru!!! Heck yeah! Typical fare but extremely convenient and clean!!"
