"This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I stood at the counter for about ten minutes before I realized the man I could see cooking in the kitchen was the only person working. During peak lunch hour. I then made the mistake of ordering through the app. I then waited for fifteen minutes PAST the promised time. And waited for another 35 minutes. I understand he was understaffed. But after asking him twice when I can expect my food to be ready, he grumbled something entirely unintelligible. Unfortunately there was no way for me to even cancel my order. Others who has ordered ahead had formed a line siting for their pick-ups. Diners in the restaurant had clearly been waiting a while as well. There were two groups seated and he would bring out their dishes one at a time about five limited apart. This is unacceptable for a running restaurant! I wasted my entire lunch break and money and had to leave. No food. No refund. No answers. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I wish I could comment on the food, but I didn’t get a chance to even see it, much less taste it. Won’t be returning. And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
