"I don't know if you can give a zero or negative stats but I'm officially rating this place at -5 stars. I went there over an hour and a half before closing and was refused service because they were only accepting door dash. This happened once before and I thought it was a fluke. Nope, apparently this company feels its good business practice to be "open" and refuse paying customers. Forget not going to this location I'll never spend a dime on Rallys/Checkers franchise again in my life. When radically overpriced McDonald's makes you look bad you have a serious problem."

"Ordered food through GrubHub and ordered 2 sweet teas and a milkshake and a sundae and was told their machines were down so that they could clean them. My GrubHub driver and I are both surprised that they didn't make the ice creams and teas before turning off the machines I ordered around 9 something. Why would they not notify a food delivery service of this?"

"Best burgers in the world. But I went through the drive thru and was asked what I like to drink I said Mountain Dew. I was told "we have coke products". So I say "Do you have mellow yellow". I get a cold, "no" ..... I love Rally's. I also work in the food industry. So when I get to the window to pay and I see the name tag says General Manager and the receipt says Admira. This is your General Manager?!? Nope, sorry but I will not be back at this Rallys. And I come here often. This isn't the first time this person has been cold speaking. It's just how they are. Not someone you want in customer service. Sorry. And were there not any bigger bags? I ordered 2 burgers and a fry...the bun was so soaked my girl didn't want to finish hers. The bread can look like the pictures of advertisement. Just saying. I been in this business for 15 years. You need to realize when you work in the food industry, your attitude can ruin someone's appetite."

"Tried Rallys for the first time in awhile the other day. I ordered a Rally burger, small fry and a banana milkshake. They made my burger as I asked the first time. Many other fast food places always get it wrong and they have to remake it so that was a first! The fries were great, I could stop by again and just order fries and be satisfied! The banana milkshake was also VERY good! I wasn't able to get a picture of it for this review because it was gone so fast. It had a good amount of flavor, but not too much flavor! I am glad they had that option because I wasn't feeling chocolate or vanilla that day. The burger was okay, it didn't taste like it was done enough for me. It was a good size however! I would stop by again and get the fries and shake!"
