"I pulled up to pick up food I ordered online. I was completely ignored. One employee, when I knocked on the window, finally answered. His eyes were glazed and when I told him what my order was, he laughed and locked the window. Then another employee asked what I was here for. Had to tell him. It's darked out all around. One employee handling food was not wearing gloves. All three employees looked right at us and ignored us. Will not go back there."
"Really friendly staff working Thursday. The building was clean and as decorated as every other Rally's. The food was hot and fresh. Not quite the value that it used to be, but food cost has gone up for everyone. Also, it's a great place to get a banana shake."
"Stopped here after work to pick up a bite to eat. Fries were smoking hot and tasted great. Chicken strips were good along with their ranch. Usually get burgers from here, but decided to try the strips because they had the same batter as the fries. The made the food quickly and took my order in a professional, polite way."
