"Worst rally’s on this planet! They screwed my entire order up and all of it was old and cold. Shut them down already! Never again will I come back to this trash location."

"Upon this visit, with one vehicle in front of me I had to wait almost 10 min in line behind this car. The order placed was a meal and while waiting decided to change my mind from getting a small meal with a pop to just getting the entree and a large fry, not a complicated change especially since we had not paid yet. Instead of the staff, mind you who looked very skeptical in hygiene (greasy hair, sweats on around the collar, and piercings all on his face) just updating the order by upgrading the fry and canceling the drink he said we had to drive around again to place the order. This location is a joke and needs to get their customer service up to par because it is sub par by far! When the food was received it (3 different meals) was just thrown in the bag and upside down."

"Staff was soooo nice to us! They were so professional and accommodating. And this was late at night too! We had just left BK and had such a bad experience and just drove off and went to Rally’s… and the staff treated us so good! Thank you. It was a refreshing experience. And everyone’s food was on point!"

"Do not order delivery. If they forget something, the most you get is a credit on your app because it'll take 4-5 business days for a refund, if they can do it. In fact do not order mobile. Tried to do it for a pickup and they forgot more food than they did for delivery. And they are very rude about the items they forgot. Please go to the downtown location before this one."

"Wow I went between the hours of 4-6 too and had the worse experience EVER in Customer Service. The short heavy set girl with the Afro ponytail was beyond disgusting in behavior. This will be the second time I’ve had a bad experience with her. First she was already in heat cursing after arguing with a previous person when I asked what’s her name she closed the window without saying a word. Secondly, after blowing my horn to get her off her pink phone showing her co-worker something on her phone she came back to the window. When I asked to speak to her manager she closed the window again and he came to the window. This Rally’s need a diverse staff in age, race and experience. This cashier is not friendly and very very negative and angry. She needs mental help. A mentor and guidance. Poor customer service after a long days of work."
