"Very very good Atmosphere with good people and a lot of fun things to do they have basket ball team's and lot of other things that young youth can do and it's not pricy"
"I am very shocked at how this place does business. I tried several attempts to get my daughter into their preschool. It was literally the end of July and they still had no registration packet or info for parents to sign up their kids. School starts in August!!!! Thankfully I had already registered with another preschool we were on a wait list for there. My daughter also went to this school last year and had some red flags. I show up to my daughter going PSYCHO. She is such a calm happy girl so I was like what in the heck is going on. No phone call nothing to let me know. I asked what was wrong and the assistant teacher said "Oh she just misses you." Ummm no I know my daughter something was terribly wrong she doesn't act like that. Come to find out she had an accident (pooped her pants) bc there is no bathroom in the classroom and no one would take her to the bathroom. Another incident we ran into was phone calls. It's near impossible to get a hold of the director bc she is always in classrooms. I fear if there was ever an emergency I wouldn't have anyone to contact. Needless to say this facility needs help. They need a director who can be a director and not a classroom teacher along with timely registration along with othe improvements but we won't be returning after several incidents we've experienced since being there."
"Do NOT take anyone's word for anything here. Their on-site manager cannot make you deals or promises. She did, to me, on pricing and scholarship awards and then I was charged several hundred ($700, I think) without warning and was told to pay or remove my child immediately. Calls to YMCA didn't resolve the issue either. Glorified babysitters. While they go swimming and take field trips, any other time is like an open gym with minimal organization. Don't you dare be a minute late (even though their clock is wrong every morning). Would not go back."
