"Went in at noon on Sunday. There were three customers ahead of me and only one person working. The gentleman working still greeted me warmly and said to feel free to look around and he would be with me asap. As the other customers were trying on boots he came to me and help me get started by asking details of my needs and making excellent suggestions. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to multi-task with a smile. I left very satisfied and my new boots fit great."

Asked to use the ultimate fit experience and experience huffing and puffing. Even after all that, I still needed work boots and tried to request three pair of shoes and none of them came in my size(13). If your looking for a great experience, go elsewhere."
