Indian Lake State Park

"Cold weather camping so we basically had the entire campground to ourselves. Limited utilities but good enough for us. This is a beautiful place and we're looking forward to coming back when the weather is warmer."

"Lovely park and state campgrounds! Lots of lakelife stuff to do and see. Campgrounds were clean with a pool, family activities, and absolutely beautiful. We will be returning again and again!"

"Nice campground with several loops. Some of the sites have direct access to the water. Our site was nice but the water access was a little discouraging due to the alge in the water. However, the view from the kitchen window was very nice. There is ample space between sites but not as large or as private as most state parks that I love. The beach is nice and clean, of course you have to dodge the geese poop. The beach was almost empty but when I walked over to the pool I saw where the water seekers were. The pool area seems very nice. The campsite store is well stocked and the staff is very friendly. Check in was a breeze and the ladies at Check in were nice and helpful. Water pressure for filling up is low so prepare for water fill up to take a while. Also, every site in our loop was full hook up with the exception of ours. There was a beautiful sunset that my friend Cheryl captured when I was too tired to come out on arrival day! I plan to go to the shower house tomorrow and update this review. Update: Bathrooms are the typical state park bathroom."

"OK... I will admit it... I love Ohio State Parks! And Indian Lake is no exception! And this park has a pool!!! The sites are on average decent sites. Most have a good amount of space between them. Site B had the most amount of shade and Site C had the least. Site A was a mixed bag on shade. There were plenty of restrooms and each area had it's own shower house. Site B recently had a new shower house built. We really enjoyed the kayak/canoe/ bike rental that was available. There is so much to see and do around the area... but with these rentals available and the pool, we really did not have to leave to really enjoy our time! My only complaint is that there is no enforcement on parking. People parked their cars anywhere they wanted! I am used to having to keep two or three wheels on the pad, but that did not apply here. I have camped here before and will definitely be back!"
