They gave me the weekend to figured out what I was going to do. I reached out to Bill in Sales via email, explained my dilemma to him and he went right to work looking for cars that would meet my needs. Time was a huge issue. I met with Bill on Monday. Met with the Finance guys and picked up my new Escape on Tuesday! The Service Dept understood and put no pressure on me, Bill was a problem solver in a pinch, and Finance did what Finance does and it all came together beautifully. "Recently took my 2020 explorer in for a few different services. First I took it in for an oil change which turns out to be a nightmare. Over 3 hours waiting for it to be done, the actually parked my car outside and forgot about the tire rotation. Craig at the desk was awesome but upon reviewing my dash cam I was severely disappointed in the actions and behavior of the staff. Rated R would be an understatement. Fast forward to my service experience, I took my car in for multiple problems and they addressed 2 of them and the others were unfounded. My car was there for a week for a light switch and a rear window leak which still leaks. I’m afraid I will be switching dealers for my service as these things are just too much. It seems that the department is in need of some management adjustments and alignment as these folks seem to hate their job according to the camera. There people at the desk are the few bright spots throughout the process. I’ve bought used cars all my life and have never been disappointed this much. Needing a different repair after each time it’s serviced is suspicious."
