"Horrible staff within i was racially profiled by the EXD, never coming back here again. The ignorance outweighs the title and the person, never will I come back again the staff themselves are very rude and everything"

"Went there this morning because I was interested in swimming lessons and other activities. I can in she was on the computer, looked up at me and I asked if they had swimming lessons there. She stated” yes it don start till December 12th. I asked for a schedule on programs, she stated we don’t have any and went back to what she was doing on the computer. So rude. I was interested in joining the Y but she wasn’t interested in me. I left there in an upset mood. I just can’t believe the treatment."

"I absolutely value times offered for summer camp. My son also loves the activities throughout the week and swimming. The staff are ALWAYS pleasant and welcoming! I feel completely comfortable leaving my kid in the care of the Warrensville YMCA. The perfect summer camp I've found thus far. My son has also started the Jr Cavs basketball class and the coach is great! Doesn't just let the kids run around with a ball but actually teaches skills to develop them! I don't know why I've waited so long to join!. The only thing that is a downfall for me is right after we joined the fee jumped up a bit, although I did qualify for a scholarship still gonna be a challenge to keep up my membership. But it's a must because so many things are offered here. Wonderful place for the community!"

"The Warrensville Heights YMCA is a warm caring and nurturing environment. It provides services to the total community Seniors as well as youth. We use the. Equipment and pool to work out and exercise daily. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the one day trips it provides to the community. It has proven to a great collaboration. The residents appreciate having a facility such as the YMCA in the Warrensville community. It enhances the quality of health to everyone."
