"I was in your store this morning only to watch a rude worker respond to a customers question. Line slow as always with one cashier and worker. A customer asked how much is the starting pay for stocking but I guess the store employee heard him wrong and abruptly answered there's only two of us here is that a problem? Of course it's a problem because ringing product through the register is what helps pay his salary and keep the doors open. We know you're under staffed so just ring us out so we can go and open your ears through the frustration and hear the customer clearly. We spent time and gas to visit your store."

"They don’t have a public restroom for customers so buyers beware. If you have to go to the bathroom, he may have to go somewhere else cause when one of the employees tell me the reason why they close the bathroom down is because they don’t wanna clean up after the customers which means you’re out of luck so if you go to this place, just a heads up, they don’t have public restrooms, so read this warning before you step in to this store we all have bladders and colons that get rid of the waste inside our bodies plus one of the employees told me that the companies policy which is not it’s their policy to band public restrooms at the Richmond heights store and most of the employees are unfriendly there what they need to do is put up a sign at the front door saying no public restrooms this would ease customers frustration."
