"This theater is fantastic! I am new to the area and have only been here a few times, but every time I have visited, I have been completely delighted by the staff. Tonight, I went to the Scream VI Fan Event, which was INCREDIBLE! The film is a must-see that exceeds expectations. I was a few minutes late, and missed the fantastic poster that was given out for the event. After the film, I found a friendly staff member, Doug, who was kind enough to ask the manager about it. In just a couple of minutes, Chris ( I hope this is correct) came to the lobby, delivered the poster to me, chatted with me about my opinion of the movie, and listened to my few words of gratitude. I cannot tell you how great it feels to get this kind of warmth and genuine concern from the staff members/ management on a regular basis. These days most people are too busy, in too much of a hurry, or too caught up in the weight of this world in their own lives (which is understandable). This place rocks!! Every person working there gives the same kind of service, showing exceptional customer service, being kind, exuding warmth and professionalism, being outstanding human beings to everyone. Thank you Cinemark at Valley View!"

"This is my first time at this location. I like the fact that the style and architecture as well as the decor remind me of an era in cinema from long ago. The place was clean and the staff was very kind. The concessions have a few items that have never seen before in a theater. You can buy a Pizza Hut pizza. I believe they also serve alcohol as well. I like the fact that they have a separate station for people to prepare their popcorn just the way they like it. I recommend that if you're able to get to the area that you check out this theater."
