"The employees are friendly and helpful. I would suggest they send you your foot scan to you or print it off. I did the scan and they brought out shoes based on my specifics but I don’t have a copy or fully understand it. I am still trying a pair of shoes as I get 60 days which is a really nice thing."

"Nice store! I visited this location yesterday because I was long over due for another pair of comfortable shoes for working in the medical field. I am always on my feet at work walking a lot around the hospital. I had a great experience in the store and they had a great selection of On Cloud shoes which was what I was going in the store to look for and purchase. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions about the On Cloudmonster shoes I ended up selecting. I also got a 15% off discount for working in the medical field which was even better! I love my new pair of shoes! They’re very nice and also very comfortable. Glad I stopped in!"

"Honestly wanted to love this store. Was recommended by my co-worker to check the store out and I finally did. The guy who serviced me was not friendly from the start. I felt a little uncomfortable as I was not expecting this type of service for place who specializes in scanning feet. I did place an order for a pair of running shoes and they told me that it usually will come in a week, which I thought was strange considering anything now is being ship within 3-5 business days. I went back home and have no receipt of my order and called in to ask whether my order was placed. The guys who answer the call was not helpful either. He just told me that they do not give receipts to my kind of orders and told me that they have no tracking or updates on my order which I thought was extra strange because everything is trackable now. Just very disappointed with my experience and honestly wished I ordered my shoes at another store."
