"I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE NEW CASHIER STEALING MY ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED!! I get home and I’m missing QUITE A FEW ITEMS AND I WAS WONDERING WHY SHE WAS TURNING HER BACK TOWARDS ME WHEN I STOOD ON THE SIDE AND HER BEING ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME !!"
"My mom, 5 y/o niece, 8 y/o nephew and I were there earlier today and asked a white haired lady for the restroom for my nephew. We were told there was no public restroom, so we took him next door. We came back to shop, and came across the public restroom. We immediately felt unwelcome and unsafe, as we are African-American and the worker was white. My nephew, with no prompting, recognized the racism in the situation, though my niece did not. I am angry that this worker has caused my young nephew to feel the way that racism makes one feel, or that our family has had to have the kinds of conversations we've had to have with him and his sister today. I will never feel safe returning to this location."
"If you guys open at 9, why is the door still locked at 9:15 I don’t get it. False advertising.. maybe just fix the sign on ur door"
"The cashier that I had was very polite . I don't go in this one often ( Snow Rd. Brook Park ) they were closed u never knew when they were opened so I went to others. ! When I went in there 1 day it was totally different employees there & these ones r pretty friendly & polite compared to the others !"
"They are always closing early because they can’t get anyone to work there. They pay peanuts unless you’re management I guess, and expect you to cashier, stock shelves, and clean all for $9.30 ($8.40 an hour after taxes). Hardly had any help with the lines, times where I wouldn’t get a break and was told “why didn’t you remind me?” as the “manager” was in the office on the phone yelling (and the customers and I could hear everything that was/is said in the office) about another manager coming back and running the store again, and I had a line clear down the aisle. I would hardly get any help with the lines and God forbid you forgot to give someone change or needed change when the manager went to smoke because she’d throw a temper tantrum like a 5 year old and say “oh my God dude really? you’re gonna have to wait a minute”."
