"My husband went to go get a a pair of shoes from the store that were 80.00. Wore them for 2 days and there falling apart already so we took them back. We showed the employee lady (I think her name was terra) where it was ripping and asked to have our money back and she immediately got offended and said no its gift card or exchange only in a rude tone. So I told her I will call my husband and see what he wants to do. And she's saying very loudly so he can hear on the phone, how it says on the recipet that we can't get our money back because it's a manufacturer problem. I'm not mad it's store policies. But the way she talked to me was COMPLETELY unnecessary. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. That is not how you talk to somebody let alone a customer. We Will not be back."
