AMF North Ridgeville Lanes

"I am extremely disappointed with management. When i called them on the phone the night prior, I was informed that they had 46 lanes and it was first come first serve on new years eve. When we arrived there tonight, there was about 30+ open lanes and a few parties. We were told when we arrived tonight that there was no open bowling, only parties. We wanted to speak to the manager and she said the same thing. She was very rude and even suggested to come back tomorrow when they have open bowling. There was no apology for their mistake. I used to love bowling here, but it just isn't the same. I dont plan on going back here again."

"Very disappointing experience. Visiting family for a few days from out of state and we planned on going bowling for New Year’s Eve. Called the night before and were told that it was going to be “first come, first serve” and that there were 45 or so lanes open till 1 am. Were quickly dismissed as soon as we walked in and were told it was parties only. Only way to make a party was online and they were “unfortunately”. Already closed. Over 3/4 of the lanes were not in use, seems like a management problem when we were more then willing in paying to play."

"We had a really nice experience. We had technical difficulties with our lane and the staff acted quickly to get it fixed. We ended up at a new lane and they compensated us without hesitation. Place was clean and the food was good."
