"I was followed from the moment I stepped into the establishment, but not once was I greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. I walked around the store several times and couldn't find anything desirable. Everything was cheap looking and in bad taste. Shoes outdated and out of style, for an outrageous price. I found that there were many other shoe stores close by with better inventory and way better customer service. Would not recommend anyone waste their time stepping foot into this place."
"Stopped in to get boots for the kiddos, but ended up only purchasing for one daughter, since my youngest daughter has new boots. SHOE TIME DOES NOT CARRY BOY'S SHOES OR BOOTS. Overall, the shopping experience was pleasant-no high pressured sales assistant and a wide selection of female shoes and boots at very reasonable prices. Even the Men's section was reasonable. Shoe Time does not hold shoes either and there is a sign on the counter reminding customers of their policy."
