"Don't exactly know why they have this store. There is a store that has shoes layed out looks like all the bigger stores you go to like shoe warehouse and dsw but smaller. I like sketches but when I go to this store I want the shoe I picked that's laying out front don't have me pick a shoe 4 times that you don't have in my size by then I'm ready to walk out"
"Went to North Olmsted mall today 11/18 was late opening. Completely ignored by associate from the beginning was on his phone finally after standing there I ask him if I could get some help. Acted as though he had better things to do. Never really helped me just pointed to the shoes I was asking about and walked away. I spend hundreds of dollars on sketchers only shoes I buy but guaranteed I would not recommend this store for anyone."
"Retailer girl on 7/26/2022 made it very obvious that she was not happy to serve me( modest muslim woman). She had a flat face throughout our interaction. She made me wait for several minutes when there is no one else in the store. Eventually she came back with few boxes, dropped the boxed with same flat face without talking and started talking to other customers who came after me. She sounded very upbeat and in good spirit when talking to other customers. Very bad and unfortunate experience."
