"Usually a nice store always very clean and employees usually pleasant. This time was the complete opposite. The store was a mess and the cashier I had was the worst. He was rude and incompetent, it wasn't only me the other people in line got the same treatment. As for the shape of the store, I only saw two employees and the manager. The manager was kept busy with the cashier that couldn't do his job. Every time he made a mistake (which was every time he rang an order) she would have to stop what she was doing and fix the problem. I felt sorry for her, congratulate her on keeping her cool. Obviously they were short handed and when one person is not able to perform the job it makes it harder for everyone. I have worked my entire life in customer service and know there isn't anything you can do when you're short staffed but just keep doing the best you can and help each other make it through the day. Then at the end of the day pat each other on the back and say good job . I will be back I know what a great store this one is and hopefully this was just a fluke. Nice job to the other catcher and the manager ."
