Esporta, please do a better job in cleaning all your equipment, saunas and showers. It is truly disgusting. Whatever you're doing now is clearly not enough. "I don't live in the area any longer and for over 5 months now. I've been trying to get them to close my account but they won't do it unless I'm there in person. They said they would mail me something to fill out through the mail and never got anything for that. So they've been stealing my money for almost a half a year. This place is garbage. There is a way to do it over the phone I'm sure there is. I think I might have to go get a lawyer. Even when I was close with my schedule, I was only able to attend this gym one time since I got the membership.. THIS IS AN UPDATE: I finally made it down there in person. They didn't look at an ID or anything. I just had to be standing there. I could have been someone random and they still charged me two months after that until I called again... Said they would give me a refund for the 2 months but it never came. I'm not fighting it. I'm just letting people know what they're dealing with.."
