"I visited the hillard ohio store with my son. The little boy working accused me of stealing in front of my son. I offered several times to empty my pockets and then he said it's not a big deal. Don't come back. I've never stolen anything in my life, nor would I ever consider doing it. I definitely don't appreciate being accused. Worst experience when this company ever by far."
"Store was busy and probably 25% off the items were way over $5. They had some items you could get at Dollar Tree and were charging $5. If you have time to look there are some great items. The staff was super friendly."

"So I had been looking online and this location was supposed to have had a t-shirt in stock that I wanted to give as a gift I get there and of course they have none around anywhere and the kid I was talking to he goes oh well if it is not here I can't help you and I cannot go in the back to check if we had it it would be out so I asked him why does the website say that they have stuff in stock. And it is not. P he goes well I don't know why I can't change it or whatever he's not he was not helpful or understanding the store is very cramped lots of stuff sitting around and I always making it very hard to move"
