"Went last week and was charged $12 something for a ticket at the kiosk. Went last night and kiosk didn't seem to be working so I had to buy the ticket at the concession stand. I anticipated the $5.95 Tuesday rate but was told it wasn't available. I then asked for the senior rate (had my rewards card) and again was told it wasn't available. The boy who attended me was Ryan. I ended up paying $14 something for my ticket but it is the last time I will go to this theater! There were only 4 other people in the viewing I went to; I guess everyone is getting fed up with being ripped off."

"Hands down the best theater east of Cleveland. Seats are comfy the theaters are spotless and the concessions are well staffed and have fresh popcorn. Sound quality is perfect and the screens are crisp"

"Theaters themselves are wonderful. The need to buy tickets via a terminal with a credit card is horrible! Couldn't tell front from back in the seating chart and ended up with horrible seats since we mixed the back and front. Terminal charged us $2 per ticket more than the posted price for senior tickets..... photos of posted price and receipt have been posted. I won't be going back to this theater unless something changes."
