"Horrible, disrespectful customer service! I have a pair of shoes (Vans) that I lost the receipt to and needed to EXCHANGE and was refused and told to go to another store.. VERY rudely! I have shopped at Shoe Dept and Shoe Show for years and have watched it decline! I even told the girl that I was calling corporate and her exact words (as she laughed) were "Go ahead! They don't care" and she literally laughed at me. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit and am out the money spent. That will be the last of my hard earned money wasted with this company!"

"This store was well stocked and organized, had a wide variety of styles among their selection, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was how long it took staff to retrieve the mates to my selections from the store room. Otherwise, shopping here was a great experience!"
