Marco's Pizza

"Never got my order. Ordered an hour in advance. Then when I got there they said it would 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later, still no order and had to cancel so I can get my kids home. STOP TELLING PEOPLE 45 minutes and tell them you are swamped and it will be an hour and a half. Everyone in the store was waiting for 20-30 minutes even after they called ahead"

"Out of about the last 20 times I have ordered from the Marco's Pizza in Brunswick Ohio, they have only gotten my order correct one time. It's not rocket science. All it takes is actually reading what the customer orders and it's not like I ever have a big order. It's usually one pizza and maybe some breadsticks once in awhile. It's typically not busy when I order either, so the employees must either be illiterate or just don't care. Come on Marco's, it's about time you hire even halfway decent employees, or it's time to go somewhere else, which I don't want to have to do. Your pizza might be good, but it's not worth the aggravation."

"Sure would be nice if I could actually get a hold of someone in this store. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, EVER! This has happened more than a handful of times, but on the rare occasion someone does answer they have an attitude and are rude as hell. I'm not dealing with that anymore!"

"I didn't receive my correct order. I paid an extra $6 for toppings & side sauces & didn't receive either one. I called Marco's Pizza and the guy who answered the phone seemed helpful and wanted to help me, but the manager did not want to deal with a 2nd call of wrong order, so he told the employee to tell me to call DoorDash and deal with them. I heard him in the background. I haven't ordered from Marco's Pizza in a long time and now I know the reason why."
