Marco's Pizza

"Was told pizza ready on the tracker and when I got to window they said it will be another 7 minutes because they don't know where my pizza went and had to make me a new one. Obviously it went to someone else. Don't you have someone keeping track of what orders are going where. They went above and beyond and corrected the mistake be giving me a free pizza. Was not expecting that. Thank you"

"We buy Marco’s almost weekly. But the last 3 orders have been terrible. If you show up at the time your pizza is ready, you will wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes in line. For food that is already done. This is because they do not open the lobby, so everyone waits at the drive thru window. And everyone knows they wait, so people show up early and then just sit at the window for 5 minutes while they finish their order. I’ve also shown up recently and clearly you could tell they didn’t have my online order even entered. Until they open the lobby (simply for order pickup, not even for eat-in), we’re going to have to pass on this location. The kids will be disappointed!"

"Have had their pizza several times, always perfect prior to tonight. Starting off, when I called in and placed the pickup order, I was told the industry standard 20 minutes and in the past that was pretty accurate. Not tonight. From the time I called in until the food was in my hands was 1 hour. Yes they were busy and multiple vehicles were parked waiting. 20 minutes IS NOT AN HOUR! You don’t tell multiple customers 20 minutes and make them wait an hour. Making things worse, I immediately felt the pizza and it was barely warm. Finally, there was almost no sauce and historically Marco’s sauce is what makes it. Poor turn around time, lonnnnnggggg wait, tasteless."

"So good! I love the food and everything seems worth the price! I buy a large plain cheese (like a child I know), cheesy bread, and my fiancé gets all different kinds. I just tried the wings because they had a discount and they were awesome! Only thing I’d suggest is a better drive thru"

"I don’t usually waste my time coming online to leave reviews for places, but I felt like I needed to leave one for here. Two weeks ago was my first time trying a Marco’s and OMG! This is some of the best pizza delivery I’ve had in a long time! I will never order from anywhere else in Norwalk. It has ruined other pizza places for me. The other places just don’t compare. Marco’s pizzas are fantastic. The sauce is very tasty and their toppings are plentiful! It becomes immediately apparent just by feeling the weight of the box. The cheese is melty and delicious as well. Every order I’ve had delivered has been piping hot! They have always been very quick with deliveries. Today I decided to try their sub sandwich and it’s the same review as the pizzas. They taste delicious! They are thick with fillings and topping, and the bread is perfectly toasted. I’m so happy I decided to try this restaurant! If you like pizza and are tired of Dominos and Pizza Hut then I would recommend trying Marco’s. Especially this particular location!"
