"It is such a wonderful local park that we have been coming to for many years. Great trails that are well maintained with beautiful views of water, Ohio native plants and foilage, and lots of active wildlife. Nice playground area with benches for parent's and grandparent's to watch from. There is plenty of parking space, several pavilions, and tables throughout to have lunch or just sit and relax."
"Very nice park for family gathering."
"Fun family park!! We always go to the Wiener Dog Park second week of July!! 800 wiener dogs !!"
"I have been coming to this park for at least 42 years and have so many good, no great memories here. The park has grown and changed so much, yet it is still the same!! There is a great play area that includes 2 play sets. One for younger children, I would say 3 and under, and one for children 3 and older. (That is my opinion on the ages for the players, there are no set ages or signs posted for age restrictions). There are 3 covered pavillion areas with picnic tables and grills on concrete slabs(which can be reserved for next to nothing)as well as random picnic tables throughout the park. There is a volleyball court(sand), 2 full basketball courts(with bleachers), and a baseball field(with bleachers). There are also nice little areas to sit down by the creek(which unfortunately isn't always streaming as it used to be) and exercise spots throughout the park as well. The only downfall to this park is that the bathrooms aren't always the cleanest, which I believe is more due to the disrespectful visitors of the park. Other than that this park is great for anything from small family picnics to large family reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings and receptions and more."
"This park has a nice playground for the kids and restrooms nearby. Ample pavilions/tables for eating, baseball diamond, and basketball courts but my kids love taking a walk down to the creek and splashing around in the water down there."
