"I called them two weeks ago to schedule a company outing for January 1. They said they were open January 1 and booked us for two hours. After calling back to verify how many people were needed to play because I had some people drop off, the girl I was talking to recommended I dropped down to one hour, because we only have 10 people instead of 15. She put me on hold. Some guy picked up and said because you brought it down to one hour (which your employee recommended I do) you are now canceling because you’re not technically open on January 1. Way to ruin my company event I will go elsewhere in the future. UPDATE: The owner called me the next day and apologized for the miscommunication and offered to give me a discount on any future playtime, but I had already made other plans so we will skip it this time, but the reaching out was very professional, and we have upgraded this review from one to three stars"
