"Great place to have a party! Large, attractive, modern space has all the amenities: male/female bathrooms, kitchen, electrical outlets, good lighting, adequate heating/AC, striking window view of Lake Erie, ample parking for guests, and a large outdoor manicured lawn area in the back (excellent for sunset pics). Also has tables and chairs for seating. I believe the indoor space can be partitioned off into 2 smaller rooms. We had a party of 60 people and used 1/3 of the available space. MUST BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE!!! We booked 6 months in advance of our event. Being located in a highly populated area, road congestion can be a problem at peak hours. Not really near any major highways, but the city's surface streets will get you there just fine."
