"Took forever to get my order. Why do fast food restaurants take payment and then tell you that it'll be a while until food is ready? I had to wait for my chicken to be cooked. Then I received a hot sandwich with cold fries."

"The food was awesome but the staff were unwilling to do their job. Very poor service and they do not honor an order placed on their own app with proof of payment. Staff unwilling to do anything to fix the situation. Would not recommend this location."

"Whatever happened to the courtesy of letting customers know before they pay for food that you're dropping it in the fryer? You'd think that you're getting both items hot? Not cold fries with a hot sandwich."

"Would have received 4 stars but due to the disappearance of potato cakes you'll get one and like it. I know it's not this particular location only, it's company wide, but your fries are always ( and I mean always) cold or lukewarm at best. Do better boys and girls. Do better."

"On W. Broad St. By giant eagle is the best one on this side of town. I don't recommend the Georgesville Rd location. It's Never fresh. This location is starting to get bad. I ordered roast beef sandwiches of course and they don't have enough roast beef on them. What's the point of paying all that money for half a sandwich."
