"I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich, so figured I'd give it another try (been years since I ate it). Turns out free sandwich was a specific, plain one with 2 small pickles. I ordered a 4 piece tender & medium fry also. The tenders were a joke! Mostly breading, tiny & looked like they were cooked in months old grease. It was like $9.50 for a little snack. I sat in drive thru for a solid 15 minutes. They came to take my order before I could even see the menu...won't be back! The waffle fries were fine. I'd rather eat cereal."

"Portions of food have been staggering to half of the amounts normally served. Odds have changed to the order being wrong in the bag more often than not. We of course have not given up on them. Yesterday while I was eating my Kale salad with my meal, I found a long black hair. The way I found it was horrible. I swallowed and half of the hair was in my throat and the rest in the salad. Never a good experience to pull someone else’s hair from your throat cavity. Sent them a message for a heads up, never heard anything. Hopefully things change. I will spare you the visual of a photo."

"Very well run store. I will say though that the outside drive thru line has been dangerous to cross and go inside every time I have been there. The crew runs like a well oiled machine but a bit light on the friendly, attentive atmosphere I found in past visits there probably because it is so busy."

"I love chick fil a but my cob salad had hair , I decided not to eat it because it is very unsanitary and un ethical. This is my first bad experience and I hope it’s the last."
