"Annually visit this location for a business lunch and board meeting. Never been disappointed with the location or the food. While the menu is a little limited for lunch it is very good and expertly made. They make one of the better club sandwiches in my travels (hint be better with some honey mustard)."

"Really disappointed in our experience. The service was atrocious. We came on Dec 23 for a family Christmas dinner. When we first arrived no drink menu was brought to us. I asked for one and one was brought. My husband asked for boulevardier and my mom asked for a mocktail off the menu - the blackberry fauxjito. The waitress had no idea what a boulevardier was and acted extremely confused. Ok … fine, maybe they don’t make those. She left to put our order in. She came back and said they couldn’t make the mocktail we ordered because they were missing an ingredient. I asked which ingredient. She said she didn’t know ? And then asked me what ingredients were in the mocktail we ordered. What ? Shouldn’t she know that ? Then we were told the drink menu we were brought wasn’t up to date ? It was very confusing. They brought my husband a boulevardier and the waitress said the bartender had to look it up. It was terrible. Later I wanted a second drink. Service was slow so I went to the bar and asked for the cocktail menu again. This time I was given a different menu. This menu literally had a boulevardier on it … the drink my husband ordered that the bartender “had to google”????? Then the waitress came back and took my cocktail menu because it was the only up to date menu in the entire restaurant ??? We had to ask multiple times for water refills. The waitress didn’t know what gluten free or vegan meant. She didn’t think rice was gluten free. She asked the vegan if they wanted chicken on their salad. I called ahead of time and said we would have a vegan and gluten free person with us. I don’t even know how it’s possible for a waiter at this level of a restaurant not to know what these dietary restrictions are - but you would think they could prep since they were told ahead of time. Vegan’s salad / was forgotten or lost so we had to sit for 5 minutes as our food got cold so as to not be rude and eat without her. My husband ordered a steak and they didn’t bring him a steak knife. We had to ask for one. Overall just absolutely subpar service for a place that touts itself as “a commitment to hospitality and service” and “exceeding expectations”. It fell short in just about every way possible."

"Went to the club to enjoy the WEBN fireworks. The club could not figure out how to play WEBN through their house speakers for the music synchronization. Sad."

"My sister had her son's rehearsal dinner here and it was the perfect venue...even during Covid19! The beautiful views of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky are just breathtaking! I helped her with decorations during the day and the staff (all of them) were amazing and professional and accommodating! The food was excellent too...can't forget about the food!! Great place for so many different events for sure!!"
