I found this little trail while visiting Koenig Park today. It's called B.E.F.I.T, which stands for Bill Elfers Fitness Improvement Trail, quite an impressive name for such a small trail. The paved trail spans 0.4 miles and is a part of a bigger trail system. While the trail is generally clean, there are a few patches that need repairs. Nevertheless, the little elevation along the trail makes it a breeze to walk on. As I walked, I came across several houses with people relaxing in their backyards, enjoying the warm afternoon sun. The rest of the walk was peaceful, and I enjoyed the view of a nearby creek that was now filled with muddy water from a recent flash flood. Listening to the sound of the water rushing was more calming than I anticipated. Along the trail, there were a few benches where I could take a rest and enjoy the view. Apart from the trail, there are other amenities at the park, including a children's playground, sports field, and restrooms. Overall, the B.E.F.I.T trail is a great option for those who enjoy a quiet walk with little traffic. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area."

"Has a lovely playground. My step daughter has softball here so we come here often. I wish they had a better concession stand and parking lot but overall this park is definitely enjoyable."
