"Our daughter's wedding was held there and it was beautiful! The space is wonderful and the surrounding park made for beautiful pictures!! Staff was helpful and great to work with."

"We needed a place to have our Christmas family gathering at the last minute due to another venue falling through on us. This place became available and much cheaper. I'd say the only downfall was there were no screens in the windows (because it was in the 70's that day) and no ceiling fans to help cool us down. A few stink bugs and , believe it or not, mosquitoes came in on us. We did throw out a cake that was about 3/4 eaten and left in the small deep freezer from a previous party. I guess they didn't read the rules about cleaning up after themselves. It needed sprucing up before we could set up for our own party which kind of cut into our time which upset a few but we still enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to this facility for being available at such a short notice."

"Really nice park, they done lots of improvements here. Great place just to take a walk around the lake or jog. They have some places for little kids to play, or just to play baseball ,volleyball or just to let your kids run. This park is next door to the Southgate police department, which is great. Lots of times you can spot deer grazing nearby. I take my grandchildren there all the time to play and run, then we always walk the lake, to teach them about nature. I do however wish they would restock the lake, I have fished in this lake for around 15 years, and I have never caught a fish from here.they have a huge community center here that you can rent.its really a nice park"

"The location was beautiful, and secluded away from anything too busy. There were places for fishing, a field for playing games, and the local police were right there in case anything happened. The indoor area for hosting parties and such was great, with a full kitchen and multiple rooms for different functions. We had a great time, I will keep it in mind for the future."
