"My son had a blast but this place is dirty. The womens bathroom mirror had a cloud film and stuff all over the floor . No paper towels. The rood area had no clean tables . I ordered a pitcher of soda wasn't informed they had no ice until after I paid. We drank hot soda. This place seems to be ran by a bunch of careless teenagers. I won't be back unless I hear things have gotten better."

"Although my child and nephews really this place, on the business side they are very unprofessional. When my son was 3 years old we decided to get him a membership and when we first signed up the membership was only $20 a month which we thought was not bad for how often we were going. About a year or so later we went up there for a visit they told us that the price will increase to 25.99 a month and we still agreed to that. HOWEVER they were ALWAYS having some issues with their computers so somewhere in the system somebody did not cancel our $20 a month membership to make up for the now new price, so we were being charged TWICE a month. $20 during the beginning of the month and $25 during the end of the month. Now this had been going on for a little while which was clearly on our end but once it was found out the issue was brought at hand to the manager over the phone and the membership was "canceled" we also went up there the same exact day to "cancel" it in person. THE VERY NEXT MONTH they were STILL taking out money once during the beginning of the month and once during the end of the month. I had to end up canceling my card in order for them to stop taking out money. And here we are again the month of September and they are STILL trying to take out money. Mind you this has been "canceled" since July. So all in all if you're going to go to this place at all I will highly suggest you do not buy a membership no matter how often you go because in the end it is not going to be worth it and it's going to cause you more hassle."

"They've upgraded some of the equipment- adding an arcade area and a Zipline. Our kids always have a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sign your waiver online before you go and save yourself some time at checkin"

"It’s a place to let the kids wear themselves out. I feel it's a little pricey. Snack bar onsite. Lowering my original review. There are three basketball trampolines but only one ball, it’s been like that for a couple of weeks now. Their staff says they don’t know where the other balls are. Another attraction has been closed for three weeks. These guys are making money at $16.00 a head so why can’t they fix what’s broken? I spent $ 70.00 on two 30 day passes, wish I’d kept my money."
