"These are some nice simulators. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. The Air Force Museum has three two seater 360 degree fighter jet simulator, a five seater virtual reality ride, and a twelve person enclosed 4D motion ride. The fighter jet simulators contain joysticks for a pilot and joysticks for a shooter. In the simulator, one person pilots a fighter jet over an island with several other jets that the second person has to shoot down before they’d shoot you. The virtual reality simulator is a row of five seats that moves up and down like a roller coaster while participants wear virtual reality goggles. The motion ride is a contraption that contains a screen inside and three rows of seats. The screen can play a variety of different ten minute films of your choice. The ride is a 4D motion ride and the different films you can play range from a calm level of motion to a crazy level of motion. I gave these simulators five stars because the jet simulator is absolutely exquisite. The 4D motion ride is okay, and I didn’t try the virtual reality ride."

"The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force is a family friendly sprawling museum which holds historical aircraft from the Wright Flyer to War machines, flight simulators, lunch, and 3D movies. The no cost admission made it an ideal field trip for our group. So much history, so many aircraft, so looking forward to revisiting again."
