"Really surprised by some of the really negative reviews of this facility. Makes me wonder if maybe these people aren’t in management positions at for profit health club chains. I’ve been a member of DCRC for more than 20 years, working out here generally 6 days a week. And I’ve never had a bad day at the facility. The equipment is well maintained, the floors, machines and general premises kept clean and tidy and front desk, exercise floor attendants and management are always friendly, helpful and responsive. Equipment is updated regularly. In addition to playing a major role in my health and wellness, over the years I’ve made many friends here. I can’t say enough good things about DCRC. Definitely a 5-stars experience."
"Nice facilities. A well run operation with one glaring exception - the older ladies at the front / check-in desk consistently have a terrible attitude. As a group they are grumpy and unfriendly, exactly the opposite of what staff at the front desk should be. If you look through other reviews you can see this is a very common complaint theme. It’s a shame because they stain an otherwise great facility."
"Great place to workout. Friendly staff, nice machines, free weights. Just about anything you could want. I know they have classes too, but that's not something I go for. There is also a large hall you can rent and a theater, I see kids karate classes in there too. A pool, a little splash pad as well"
